Our Programs
At our Summer Literacy and Nutrition Camp it is a privilege to provide our youth 5-14years of age with a free educational and nutritional program . We offer the youth attending our camp literacy materials, life skills, communication skills, and educational presentations from community leaders on various careers, including chefs teaching campers how to cook, firefighters teaching fire safety , scientists teaching campers about biology, dentists teaching campers about personal hygiene, and horticulturists teaching campers about sustainability, to inform their future career choices and daily lives.. Additionally, we have incorporated games and activities designed to foster teamwork, independent thinking, and effective communication skills. As we continue this outstanding program, we eagerly anticipate the growth and achievements of this year's campers. We extend our sincere gratitude to every person, community business and organization who has volunteered, donated, and supported us in our mission to build a better community, one youth at a time.

We worked with 42 Young Campers age ranging from 5years old to 14 years old. We extend our sincere gratitude to every person, community business and organization who has volunteered, donated, and supported us in our mission to build a better community, one youth at a time. Campers Learn Fire Safety
Our Local Firefighters stop by Camp to teach our campers about fire safety and how to establish a fire safety plan at home. Campers got a up close and personal work through of the fire truck and equipment used by firefighters.
Young Scientists
We’ve had the privilege of providing our youth with a free educational and nutritional initiative program. Our campers have benefited from engaging educational and informative science presentations delivered by esteemed Scientist Dr. Carroll LeGette on diverse topics ranging from insects wings to human skin. Through hands-on activities, including microscope exploration, slide examination, pre-poured LB-Agar plates, and cotton swab analysis, our campers have gained practical experience in scientific inquiry.
