This foundation was founded by myself Timothy B. Henry and my wife Shunterria Henry back in 2014. Our main focus is building a better community one person at the time in hopes of creating an environment where people can grow and thrive. A little bit about ourselves my wife is a native of Cairo and also graduated from Cairo High School in 1999 she went on to further her education at Stratford Career Institute where she obtained her diploma in cosmetology and esthetician in 2013 she Graduated from Keiser University Tallahassee with an Associate of Science degree as a Registered Medical Assistant. As for myself I’m a native of Albany, Georgia graduated from Dougherty Comprehensive High School in 1995. I then went on to Albany Technical College and pursued my diploma in Industrial Electrical Technology graduating in 1998 then in 2020 I went to and graduated from Keiser University Tallahassee with honors through their Culinary Arts Program with a Associate of Science CulinaryArts Degree. Together we have 6 children and 6 grandchildren whom we adore and enjoy spending time with. Our mission is to provide our community and surrounding communities with resources to help them learn about what is out there to help them grow and become independent citizens of the world. Since 2014 we have been able provide school supplies to children, provide hot meals, clothing, personal hygiene supplies, grocery, partner with other organizations to open Good Samaritan Shelter during inclement weather, provide transportation to different locations, help to get medications along with teaming up with other organizations and churches to provide support. We solely run our foundation off of donations and grants. If you would love to become a donor and help us help others please hit our donation button we are a 501c3 nonprofit. We are looking forward to all the many opportunities that come our way during this journey our helping to build individuals into independent leaders. It’s a blessing to be a blessing.

As a long-standing member of T and S Foundation, it was not until she witnessed the tangible difference everyone was making that she felt inspired to become more involved with the T and S Foundation. She is especially passionate about supporting the homeless and those in need. Attending the community feeds is one of the most rewarding experiences for me, as she has the opportunity to connect with, laugh alongside, and engage in meaningful conversations with the individuals we serve. It is not merely about providing sustenance; it is about making people feel seen and valued.
Tokera is married to her husband, Jocoby Davis, and they are blessed with three remarkable children and numerous wonderful godchildren. Her family inspires she daily. Currently, she is pursuing a degree in social work, as her experience with T and S has revealed her true passion for supporting individuals in need and providing them with the necessary assistance. She is proud to be part of an organization that genuinely makes a positive impact in our community

He then moved to Bainbridge during his senior year in high school. He graduated from Bainbridge High School May 20th of 2014. He went on to study at Bainbridge State College, now Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College, in Criminal Justice Technology. He graduated from ABAC in 2018 with an Associate’s Degree. He eventually entered the work force shortly after in December 2nd 2019 at Florida State Hospital in Chattahoochee, FL. That is where his passion of helping others started. He always liked being able to help others in need. He learned a lot from his tenure there. During Covid in 2020 he went through a mental health crisis. He eventually left FSH and in October he was hired at my current job Family Dollar. He continued to help others as much as he can. In the summer of 2025 he was introduced to the T and S foundation. I hope to continue helping in any way possible in the foreseeable future.
